浅谈高纯度硅粉的深加工

Introduced high purity silica powder processing technology, put forward some problems that most of high pu-rity silica powder in domestic market relied on import and China has no ability to largely produce high purity silicaon. Adopted the production process that simple and energy saving and low consuming to produce high purity silica powder, opened up a new way for enterprise to improve market competition and lower cost.%介绍了高纯度硅粉的深加工工艺，提出了解决我国市场高纯硅粉大多依靠进口，国内没有能力大规模生产高纯硅(99.9%~99.99%)的加工瓶颈的问题，采用简单易行、节能低耗的生产工艺生产高纯硅粉，为企业提高市场竞争力和降低产品成本开辟了一条新途径。
