硅铁矿热炉设计新方法简介

摘要

介绍了俄罗斯一项矿热炉的新设计技术。从原理上介绍了设计的基本思路，对该项技术面临的关键问题，即实现有功功率在炉内合理分配的两种方法进行说明。以硅铁矿热炉为例，介绍了新型矿热炉的参数和能量指标。%The paper introduced a new design method of Russian submerged arc furnace. Theoretically introduced the basic ideas of this design, stated the key problems this technology faced, namely, two methods of implementing active power distribution in the furnace. Taking ferrosilicon submerged arc furnace for example, introduced the parameters and energy index of new submerged arc furnace.
