一种消炎祛斑抗过敏手膜的研制

摘要

The natural active ingredients of plants are used to develop an anti-inflammatory,anti allergic and freckle removing hand mask.Mixed extraction which is made by the Chinese white poplar,marigold,verbena and winter vine melon.Olive oil,glycerol and propylene glycol are added to mixed extraction.Orthogonal test is designed to get best formula.Result show that the best formula is made up by 6％ mixed extract,1.8％ olive oil,1％ glycerol and 1％ propylene glycol,then 0.15％ sodium alginate,0.01％ azone and 0.15％ hydrogenated castor oil are added to mixed liquor.The essence of hand mask which is made by best formula is light wine red,gel and thick.It is filled in the packaging under sterile environment.Then the hand mask is with anti-inflammatory,anti allergy and water softening functions.%利用植物中的天然有效成分,研制一种消炎祛斑抗过敏手膜.以杨枸花、金盏花、马鞭草、冬瓜藤的混合浸提液为主要原料,配以橄榄油、甘油、丙二醇,通过设计正交试验,得出最佳配方.结果表明,最佳配方为混合浸提液6％,橄榄油1.8％,甘油1％,丙二醇1％,再配以海藻酸钠0.15％,月桂氮酮0.01％,氢化蓖麻油0.15％.通过最佳配方得到浅酒红色嗜喱状黏稠的手膜精华液,于无菌条件下灌装到包装中,成品手膜具有消炎祛斑抗过敏、保水柔肤的作用.
