导弹表面壳体与整流罩脱粘原因及工艺改进

         

摘要

Silicone rubber used for sealing between the fairing and the outside surface of extendible nozzle exit cone for the missiles was failure. The cause of the failure was analyzed by mechanical property testing, macro and micro morphology of the fracture surface observing by SEM. The results showed that the failure occurred between the silicone rubber and stainless steel by improper bonding processing. By choosing the proper surface treatment agent and improving the stainless steel surface conditions, the bonding strength between the silicone rubber and stainless steel was increased.%导弹扩散段外表面壳体与整流罩之间用于密封的硅橡胶出现脱粘失效。分别通过粘接性能测试、扫描电镜分析对发生故障的界面进行宏观和微观检查,并分析了故障产生原因。结果表明:硅橡胶在不锈钢基材上发生脱粘失效是由于对粘接基材的处理不当所致。通过工艺改进,选用了合适的表面处理剂,改善了不锈钢的界面状态,提高了硅橡胶在其表面的粘接强度,有效地解决了脱粘失效。
