TC4钛合金表面大面积感应钎焊WC耐磨层的研究

             

摘要

High-frequency induction brazing was applied to prepare WC wear-resistant layer on TC4. The effect of brazing process on the microstructure of the base metal was studied. And the wear-resistant layer’ s wear resistance with different percentage of WC was also studied. The results show that the brazability was better and the defects in the wear-resistant layer were less with the percentage of the filler metal in the mixture increasing. The wear resistance of the layer increased with the percentage of the WC in the mixture increasing. The times of the brazing circle affected the microstructure. The distance of the near affected zone (HAZ) of base metal was within 2 mm when the circle time of brazing process was one time. When the circle time was 2 or 3, the HAZ of the base metal was in about 3 mm.%采用高频感应钎焊方法在TC4钛合金试样上制备WC耐磨层,研究了不同配比WC和钛基钎料混料的钎焊工艺性以及耐磨层的耐磨性,同时分析了钎焊热循环对基体组织的影响。结果表明:采用不同配比混合耐磨填料时,随着钎料含量的增加,耐磨层钎焊成形的工艺性更好,在相同工艺下钎焊的耐磨层中缺陷含量越少;随着混合耐磨填料中WC含量的增加,其耐磨性也随之增加。大面积高频感应钎焊耐磨层时,对基体组织影响较大,对基体的组织影响距离为:钎焊一次热循环为2 mm以内,而钎焊热循环2次和3次时则在3 mm以内。
