针对当前动物生化实验教学内容、教学方法和教学模式中存在的问题,从更新实验内容,改革实验教学手段、教学模式和考试方法、强调课程的实践训练等几方面对课程教学进行全面的探索.将基础性实验、综合性实验和设计性实验3个层次有机地结合起来,形成由浅入深、从易到难的递进式分阶段教学模式.经过改革,学生对实验课的学习由被动接受变为主动探究,在培养学生的创新能力和实践能力方面具有重要意义.%In view of main problems existent in teaching contents, methods and modes of biochemical experiment teaching, the reform of the biochemical experiment course was explored by renewing experimental contents, changing means and modes of teaching, innovating testing methods and strengthening practice in teaching, etc . At the same time, the experimental contents to three different levels including basic experiments, comprehensive experiments and designing experiments are combined so as to construct a new teaching mode from easy to difficult based on different stages. It has been indicated that by these reforms, the thinking and practice abilities of the students are enhanced, and the teaching level for biochemical experiment is also improved better.
