从资源系统优化的视角加强高校实验室安全文化建设

摘要

从高校实验室安全文化建设的基本内涵、工作进展和突出问题分析入手，阐述高校应从系统的资源配置与资源的系统优化的新视角加强实验室安全文化建设，从而实现实验室安全文化资源的系统整合、有效开发与优化利用，全面提升实验室学术和管理水平。%Based on the conception of laboratory safety culture construction and current development and prominent problems in colleges and universities ,this article elaborates on that the colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of laboratory safety culture from the perspective of resource optimization system ,so as to effectively develop the resources ,realize optimal utilization ,and to upgrade the academic and management level of laboratory work in colleges and universities .
