蚯蚓堆肥对餐厨垃圾的肥料化处理和生态综合利用评估

摘要

To compare the experiments of planting beans in water ,food waste and ordinary soil environment , the results show that the green beans planted in earthworm manure are growing best .It confirms that the vermicompost does contain a lot of nutrients for crop growing .By the evaluation experiments of earthworm compost and food waste processing and ecological utilization ,a more eco-friendly approach for city food waste treatment can be found .%对城市垃圾进行无害化、资源化处理是各个城市面临的共同问题。通过蚯蚓堆肥实验，将蚯蚓分解餐厨垃圾产生的蚯蚓粪作为基质进行绿豆种植实验。对比清水环境、普通土环境和餐厨垃圾粉末环境种豆实验结果表明，蚯蚓粪环境种植绿豆，芽苗长势最好，证实蚓粪中确实含有大量对作物生长有促进作用的营养物质。通过蚯蚓堆肥对餐厨垃圾的肥料化处理和生态综合利用评估实验，为城市餐厨垃圾处理找到一种更为生态环保的方法。
