对新形势下高校技术物资采购工作特点的探讨

摘要

With the strategy of "developing the country through science and education," the revolution of higher-education tends to deep going,and the investment in education from government has been rising constantly.By supporting from better environment and sufficient funds,the depth and width of science have been extended,also,the skill and competence of university-purchasing have obvious improvement.The question what shall the university do to rise the level of material-purchasing in new situation' is of importance,which is related to the development of higher-education,science-and-technology,and cultivation of the qualified personnel.%分析了高校技术物资采购工作技术性强、时间性强、采购资金来源多样化等特点,结合中国地质大学(北京)技术物资采购工作的经验,提出执行《政府采购法》、优化技术物资采购管理制度、全面提升采购人员工作素养的措施,使技术物资采购工作更好地服务于学校的教学和科研工作.
