电子显微镜是形态学研究非常重要的大型精密仪器.论述了利用科学的管理手段,提高技术人员的电镜实验技术,在生物医学及材料科学等领域充分发挥电子显微镜的作用,提高仪器的使用效率.结合实验室的实际工作,阐述了电子显微镜在开放共用、对外服务方面的做法和经验.%Since the electron microscope has implacability of high magnification and high resolution to observe ultrastructure, it is very important equipment for morphological study.
