Strains S as a commonly denitrification bacteria in the environmental microoganisms was used as a model to study the best conditions of atomic force microscope imaging .The results show that the optimum scanning frequency is 0 .5 Hz ,the value of the integration constant is 0 .6/0 .8 ,and the optimum value of real time variable voltage output should be based on the feedback signal curve of the force curve changes with real time adjustment ,and tending to overlap both the optimum voltage values is the voltage output value .%以环境微生物中常见的反硝化菌株S作为模式菌株,研究了原子力显微镜观察菌株 S的最适成像条件。结果表明,菌株S的最适扫描频率为0.5Hz,最适的积分常数/比例常数为0.6/0.8,最适的电压输出值为即时变量,应根据力曲线与反馈信号曲线的变化进行即时调整,将二者趋于重合的电压值即为最适电压输出值。
