With the increased frequency of charge and discharge,the capacity and discharge curve of lithium battery will be major changes.The real-time acquisition battery voltage and discharge capacity can help us understand the battery discharge curve and capacity,and that the battery is good or bad through repeatedly charging and discharging test.The unattended small capacity lithium battery charge and discharge cell with the master of STM32F103,consolidates its internal A/D by using sampling resistor to achieve the collection of lithium battery voltage and the discharge capacity. The automatic repeatedly switching charging and discharging state has been achieved through the transistor and diode control circuit.With the PC script,the data preservation and visualization have been realized.%实时采集电池的电压和放电电量,可以了解电池的放电曲线和容量,通过反复的充放电测试,可以评价电池的好坏.无人值守的小容量锂电池充放电单元以STM32 F103为主控,整合其内部A/D,利用采样电阻实现了锂电池电压和放电电量的采集,通过三极管和二极管控制电路,实现了全自动的多次充放电状态切换.最后利用上位机脚本处理数据,实现了测试数据的保存与可视化.
