高校贵重仪器设备购置工作探讨

摘要

随着国家持续加大教育投资力度，高校仪器设备，特别是贵重仪器设备的采购数量不断增加。因此，很有必要加强购置过程的管理。以贵重仪器设备采购、招标和验收环节为例，分析了贵重仪器设备购置中的主要过程和普遍存在的问题，并提出了应对措施，旨在总结经验、发现规律、谋求新思路，探索如何提高仪器设备的采购效益，更好地为教学和科研服务。%As China continues to increase the investment in education,the purchase of valuable instruments and equipment in colleges and universities is increasing as well.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the purchasing management.Taking the valuable instruments and equipment purchasing,bidding,checking and acceptance as an example,the problems in the purchasing process of valuable instruments are analyzed,and the countermeasures are proposed.The purpose is to sum up the experience,discover the laws,and seek new ideas to explore how to improve the efficiency of equipment purchasing in order to better serve the teaching and scientific research.
