基于红外分光光度法的油烟检测装置设计

摘要

在分析目前油烟检测技术优缺点的基础上，设计了基于红外分光光度法检测技术的油烟检测装置。该检测装置利用化学方法对油烟进行在线检测，拥有传统红外分光光度法的优点，并可自动检测，远程输送数据。进行了装置检测的可行性相关实验，验证了本设计的科学性。%Based on the analysis of the current lampblack testing technology,this paper designs a lampblack detection device by the infrared spectrophotometry.This detection device can realize on-line detection using the chemical method,has the advantages of the traditional infrared spectrophotometry and automatic detection, can transport the experimental data remotely.Finally this paper completes the feasibility experiment of this device,which demonstrates that this design is scientific.
