基于SQUID系统低温强磁环境建立电学测试平台

         

摘要

In order to extend the test capability of the superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) manufactured by US Quantum Design Company ,and in view of the test environment of the SQUID low temperature strong magnetic field ,a self-made low cost electrical test plug is used to connect the electrical tester .Through the LabVIEW software programming ,a platform for testing electrical properties at low temperature such as resistivity ,V-I curve ,ferroelectricity ,etc .,is established .The platform saves the high cost of equipment purchase ,extends the function of SQUID ,and plays a very important role in the research of low temperature materials such as superconductivity .%为了扩展美国量子设计公司制造的超导量子干涉仪(SQUID)的测试功能,针对SQUID低温强场的测试环境,使用自制的低成本的电学测试插杆连接电学测试仪,通过LabVIEW软件编程,建立可进行电阻率、V-I曲线、铁电等低温电学性质测试的平台.该平台节约了高昂的仪器购置费用,扩展了SQUID的功能,使其为低温材料(如超导)的研究发挥非常大的作用.
