基于ACFM的油管缺陷在线检测实验平台设计与测试

         

摘要

针对油管缺陷检测实验不稳定、自动化程度较低等问题,采用LabVIEW数据采集处理技术和虚拟仪器软件体系结构串口通信技术,设计了基于交流电磁场检测技术的油管缺陷在线检测实验平台,并开展相关测试,实现了实验室条件下油管表面缺陷的高精度自动化检测.采用LabVIEW虚拟控制面板能够同时控制台架运动和缺陷特征信号的采集、处理和动态实时显示,节约了硬件成本,降低实验教学课时.%Aiming at the instability and low degree of automation in inspection of the oil tube defect, an online oil tube detection experimental platform was developed through the concept of virtual instrument, which was accomplished by data acquisition and processing through LabVIEW and the virtual instrument software architecture (VISA) serial communication technology.The detection experiment is carried out and shows that the platform can achieve a high-precision automatic detection of the defects under the laboratory condition.The virtual experimental platform based on LabVIEW and VISA is fully qualified to control the scanner, collect the characteristic signals of the defects, process data and display the signals at the same time, which will save hardware cost, reduce the experimental teaching hours and meet the need of experimental teaching for defect detection on oil tube.
