药学综合实验教学中心平稳高效运行的探索与实践

摘要

Experimental teaching is a very important link of the college pharmaceutical education and the laboratory is an important platform for effective experimental teaching, which can cultivate students' ability and professional skills training.The original operation mode should be reformed and specification with the increase of teaching and scientific research tasks and the expansion of the experimental center.This paper carries on the exploration and practices based on the current problems in the operation of the laboratory, such as function module partition, experimental contents adjustment, system construction, personnel construction, safety prevention and control, etc.%实验教学是高等药学教育中非常重要的一环,实验室是有效开展实验教学、培养学生动手能力、进行专业技能培训的重要平台.随着教学与科研任务的增加与实验教学中心规模的扩大,原有运行方式亟须改革与规范.针对目前实验室运行中出现的一些问题,如功能模块划分、实验内容调整、制度建设、人员建设及安全防控等进行了探索思考与实践.
