基于模糊免疫PID的中频感应加热炉温度控制系统

     

摘要

By taking the medium frequency induction heating furnace controlled by the solid relay as the research object,and according to the voltage-temperature transfer function controlled by the medium frequency furnace,a PID controller based on the fuzzy immunity is designed.In the simulation,a comparison between the conventional PID and neural network PID is added.The research results show that the system has the characteristics of the fast temperature control,high accuracy and strong robustness.%以固体继电器控制的中频感应加热炉作为研究对象,根据中频炉控制电压-温度传递函数设计了基于模糊免疫的PID控制器.仿真时,加入了常规PID和神经网络PID作为对比.研究结果表明,该系统具有温度控制响应速度快、精确度高、鲁棒性强等特点.
