农药 GLP 实验室的建设与管理

摘要

This paper introduced the development of GLP and assessment requirements of GLP laboratory.The idea of GLP runs through nine aspects of laboratory construction and management,from the organization and personnel,facilities,environmental condi-tions,and so on.This paper discussed respectively the construction key points and the management method of the GLP laboratory.For regulating the testing work of pesticide testing results effectively,also guarantying the reliability,integrity and repeatability of the test results,it should widely implement and construct GLP in the field of pesticide detection,and gradually narrow the gap with foreign GLP laboratories.%该文概述了 GLP 的发展及 GLP 实验室的考核规定，将 GLP 的概念贯穿于实验室的建设与管理的各个方面，从组织和人员、设施环境条件等9个方面详述了农药 GLP 实验室的建设要点与管理方法。由此有效规范农药实验室各项检测工作，保障检测结果的可靠性、完整性和可重复性，在农药检测领域应广泛推行和建设 GLP，逐渐缩小与国外 GLP 实验室的差距。
