cqvip:The 18th International Conference on Scientometrics and Informetrics(ISSI 2021)was held virtually on 12-15 July 2021,hosted by KU Leuven in close collaboration with the University of Antwerp.It is the first time that ISSI Conference was held in online format due to the pandemic.
