消炎宁糖浆的质量标准研究

         

摘要

OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standard of Xiaoyanning syrup. METHODS: Thin layer chromatography (TLC) was adopted to conduct qualitative identification on the moutan bark, honeysuckle and pericarpium citri reticulatae viride in Xiaoyanning syrup. High performance liquid chromatography (HPCL) was adopted to determine the content of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle, the chromatographic column was Rromasil C18 (250 mm×4.60 mm, 5 μm); the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (V∶V=13∶87), with the detected wave length of 327 nm and column temperature of 26 ℃; the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. RESULTS: (1) The spots obtained from TLC were clear and the negative control had no interference. (2) Chlorogenic acid showed a good linear relationship (R2=0.999 4) in the concentration range of 1.06-53.00 μg/ml, with the average sample recovery rate of 99.1%. CONCLUSIONS: This method is simple and reliable, with strong specificity, which can be used for the quality standard of Xiaoyanning syrup.%目的:建立中药制剂消炎宁糖浆的质量标准.方法:采用薄层色谱法对消炎宁糖浆中的牡丹皮、金银花及青皮进行定性鉴别.采用高效液相色谱法测定金银花中绿原酸的含量, 色谱柱为Rromasil C18柱 (250 mm×4.60 mm, 5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液 (V∶V=13∶87), 检测波长为327 nm, 柱温为26℃;流速为1.0 ml/min.结果: (1) 薄层色谱法得到的斑点清晰, 且阴性对照无干扰. (2) 绿原酸在进样质量浓度1.06~53.00μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系 (R2=0.999 4), 平均加样回收率=99.1%.结论:本方法简便、可靠且专属性强, 可作为消炎宁糖浆的质量控制标准.
