2012-2013年189例药品不良反应报告分析

摘要

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the regularities and characteristics of the adverse drug reactions ( ADRs) occurred in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xintai Medical College ( hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) for clinical reference of rational use of drugs. METHODS:189 ADR cases collected in our hospital during 2012⁃2013 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS:Of the total 189 cases, 51(26�5%) were induced by antibiotics and 29(15�3%) by Chinese Materia Medica;146 ( 77�2%) were induced via intravenous drip infusion; 62 ( 32�8%) manifested as lesions of skin and its appendants and 57(30�1%) lesions of digestive system. CONCLUSIONS:Importance should be attached to ADR monitoring to ensure rational use of drug.%目的：了解邢台医专第二附属医院（以下简称“我院”）药品不良反应（ ADR）发生规律和特点，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：收集我院2012—2013年189例ADR报告，进行回顾性统计分析。结果：189例ADR报告中，抗菌药物引起的ADR居首位（51例，占27�0％），其次为中药制剂（29例，占15�3％）；引发ADR的给药途径以静脉给药为主（146例，占77�2％）；ADR的临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害为主（62例，占32�8％），其次为消化系统损害（57例，占30�1％）。结论：应进一步加强ADR监测，保障合理用药。
