布地奈德联合传统糖皮质激素直肠用药治疗远端溃疡性结直肠炎的疗效观察

摘要

目的:探讨布地奈德联合传统糖皮质激素治疗远端溃疡性结直肠炎的临床疗效.方法:选择2013年1月—2015年1月收治的远端溃疡性结直肠炎患者90例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各45例,对照组患者给予传统糖皮质激素治疗,观察组患者给予布地奈德联合传统糖皮质激素治疗,观察2组患者的疗效和不良反应发生情况.结果:观察组患者的总有效率为93.33%(42/45),显著优于对照组的71.11%(32/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率为8.89%(4/45),显著低于对照组的20.00%(9/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:布地奈德联合传统糖皮质激素治疗远端溃疡性结直肠炎疗效显著,且不良反应发生率较低,值得临床推广.%OBJECTIVE: To probe into the clinical efficacy of budesonide combined with conventional corticosteroids of intraectal administration in treatment of distal ulcerative proctitis.METHODS:90 patients with distal ulcerative proctitis admitted into the hospital from Jan.2013 to Jan.2015 were selected to be divided into control group and observation group via the random number table,with 45 cases in each group.The control group were treated with conventional corticosteroids,while the observation group was given budesonide combined with conventional corticosteroids,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups of patients were observed.RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group were 93.33%( 42/45 ),significantly higher than that of control group71.11%(32/45),the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of observation group were 8.89%(4/45),significantly lower than that of control group 20.00%(9/45),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The clinical efficacy of budesonide combined with conventional corticosteroids of intraectal administration in treatment of distal ulcerative proctitis is significant,and has low incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion and application.
