羟苯磺酸钙分散片与益脉康胶囊联合治疗单纯型糖尿病性视网膜病变的疗效观察

摘要

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate he clinical efficacy of calcium dobesilate combined with Yimaikang capsule in treatment of simple diabetic retinopathy.METHODS: 90 patients with binocular simple diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into two groups of 45 cases each.The patients in observation group were given calcium dobesilate dispersible tablets plus Yimaikang capsule, while those in the control group were treated with calcium dobesilate dispersible tablets alone.The 2 groups were compared with regard to clinical efficacy, glycemic index and the hemorheological changes.RESULTS:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant [ 95.56%( 43/45 ) vs.73.33%( 33/45 ) , P 0.05 ) .After treatment, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, hematocrit volume were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group [ ( 1.42 +0.47 ) mpa・s, (3.84+2.08)g/L,and(0.39 ±0.14)/L, respectively in the treatment group, as compared with(168+0.54)mpa・s, (4.95+2.35)g/L,(0.47 +0.20)/L of the control group], and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS: Treatment of patients with simple diabetic retinopathy using calcium dobesilate plus Yimaikang achieved ideal clinical efficacy, which thus is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的：观察羟苯磺酸钙分散片与益脉康胶囊联合治疗单纯型糖尿病性视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法：选取深圳市福田区人民医院收治的90例双眼单纯型糖尿病性视网膜病变患者，以随机数字表法分为2组各45例。观察组患者给予羟苯磺酸钙分散片与益脉康胶囊联合治疗，对照组患者给予羟苯磺酸钙分散片单药治疗，对比观察2组患者的临床疗效、血糖指标改变及血液流变学变化情况。结果：观察组总有效率为95．56％（43／45），显著高于对照组73．33％（33／45），差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；2组患者治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平的差异均无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）；治疗后，观察组患者血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞比容分别为（1．42±0．47） mpa・s、（3．84±2．08） g／L、（0．39±0．14）／L，明显低于对照组的（1．68±0．54） mpa・s、（4．95±2．35） g／L、（0．47±0．20）／L，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；2组患者的不良反应发生率分别为11．11％（5／45）、8．89％（4／45），差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论：羟苯磺酸钙分散片与益脉康胶囊联合治疗单纯型糖尿病性视网膜病变，临床效果较理想，值得推广。
