249份消化内科医嘱注射用红花黄色素应用分析

摘要

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application status of safflower yellow injection in digestive system department of Yan’an Hospital Affiliated to Kunming Medical University( hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”) , so as to provide reference for the promotion of the rational application of safflower yellow injection in clinic.METHODS:According to hospital information system, 249 medical orders in with safflower yellow injection digestive system department were randomly extracted.And retrospective analysis method was adopted to summarize, evaluate and analyze the application status of safflower yellow injection.RESULTS: Of the 249 medical orders, only 21 cases (8.43%) in treatment of coronary heart disease in accordance with the indications of safflower yellow injection, the rest were were indications.206 cases (82.73%) selected 0.9% sodium chloride injection as solvent in accordance with the specifications.The shortest treatment course was 1 d, the longest was 21 d, and 124 cases (49.80%) were 7-14 d;4 cases were improper drug combination.CONCLUSIONS: There were some irrational phenomenon in the application of safflower yellow injection.Through targeted review on traditional Chinese medicine injections in clinical department, analysis and evaluation of clinical rational application of drugs and effective interventions, the safety and effective application of traditional Chinese medicine injections in clinic would be ensured.%目的：了解昆明医科大学附属延安医院（以下简称“我院”）消化内科患者使用注射用红花黄色素的现状，为促进临床合理应用活血化瘀类中药注射剂提供参考。方法：利用医院信息系统，随机抽取2013—2015年我院消化内科使用注射用红花黄色素的医嘱249份，采取回顾性分析方法，对医嘱中注射用红花黄色素的使用情况进行汇总、评价、分析。结果：249例患者中，仅21例（占8．43％）用于治疗冠心病符合注射用红花黄色素的适应证，其余皆为超适应证用药；206例（占82．73％）按照说明书要求选择0．9％氯化钠注射液为溶剂；用药疗程最短仅1 d，最长21 d，7～14 d者124例（占49．80％）；联合用药不适宜4例。结论：我院消化内科对注射用红花黄色素的使用存在不合理现象。应对临床专科使用中药注射剂医嘱进行针对性的点评，分析和评价用药合理性，以实施有效干预，确保中药注射剂的临床应用安全、有效。
