通络益肾汤治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of Tongluoyishen decoction in treatment of diabetic nephropathy.METHODS:56 patients admitted into Longyan the First People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from Jul.2014 to May 2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the order of the patient’s doctor, with 28 cases in each.The control group were treated with lotensin, while the observation group received Tongluoyishen decoction, the treatment effects of two groups were compared. RESULTS: After treatment, the level of urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, microalbuminuria and fasting blood glucose of observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 92.86%(26/28), significantly higher than that of control group [64.29%(18/28)], with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Tongluoyishen decoction in treatment of diabetic nephropathy can significantly improve the renal function and reduce the blood glucose of patients.%目的：探讨通络益肾汤治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法：选取2014年7月—2016年5月福建医科大学附属龙岩第一医院收治的糖尿病肾病患者56例作为研究对象，按照患者的就诊先后顺序分为观察组和对照组各28例。对照组患者给予洛汀新治疗，观察组患者给予通络益肾汤治疗，比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果：治疗后，观察组患者尿素氮、血肌酐、尿微量白蛋白、空腹血糖水平均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；观察组患者的总有效率为92．86％（26／28），明显高于对照组的64．29％（18／28），差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：通络益肾汤治疗糖尿病肾病，显著改善患者肾功能，降低血糖。
