注射用盐酸川芎嗪治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨注射用盐酸川芎嗪治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：选取2011年10月—2014年3月黑龙江省中医药科学院收治的慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭患者122例，以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，观察组62例，对照组60例。对照组患者给予常规对症治疗，观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予注射用盐酸川芎嗪治疗，比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组患者的总有效率为93.5％（58／62），高于对照组的85.0％（51／60），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后的平均肺动脉压、左心室射血分数水平优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；2组患者治疗后均无明显不良反应。结论：注射用盐酸川芎嗪治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭，疗效良好，缓解临床症状，改善心肺功能。%OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of ligustrazine hydrochloride injections in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure .METHODS:122 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure admitted into Heilongjiang Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Oct .2011 to Mar.2014 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 62 cases in observation group and 60 cases in control group.The control group were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment, while the observation group additionally received ligustrazine hydrochloride injections based on the control group , the treatment effects were compared between two groups .RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group was 93.5%(58/62), higher than that of control group [85.0%(51/60)], with significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .The level of mPAP , LVEF after treatment in observation group was better than that in control group , with significant difference ( P <0.05 ) .There were no obvious adverse drug reactions in two groups after treatment . CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of ligustrazine hydrochloride injections in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure is significant , which can relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the heart and lung function .
