目的：探讨盐酸川芎嗪注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：收治慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者50例，随机分为两组。两组给予强心、利尿等治疗，观察组增用盐酸川芎嗪注射液，比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗后，观察组LVEF、LVRT、E/A与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组临床总有效率96.0%，显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者采用盐酸川芎嗪注射液治疗可显著改善其心功能，改善临床治疗效果。%Objective:To explore the clinical effect of ligustrazine hydrochloride injection in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease combined with heart failure.Methods:50 cases of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease combined with heart failure were divided into two groups randomly.The two groups were treated with cardiotonic and diuretic,the observation group was treated with ligustrazine hydrochloride injection,the clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the LVEF,LVRT,E/A of the observation group were compared with that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 96%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ligustrazine hydrochloride injection in the treatment of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease combined with heart failure could improve cardiac function and improve the clinical treatment effect.
