间苯三酚治疗晚期先兆流产的药学监护Δ

摘要

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the pharmaceutical care for phloroglucinol on late threatened abortion treatment by clinical pharmacists .METHODS:The clinical pharmacists participated into the treatment process of one patient with phloroglucinol in treatment of late threatened abortion , provided pharmaceutical care for the patient , and then analyzed and investigate the safety and effectiveness of phloroglucinol .RESULTS: The clinical pharmacists actively assisted the clinicians to communicate with the patients , promoted the smooth development of treatment , which played important roles in the clinical drug treatment .CONCLUSIONS:Phloroglucinol can be used in the inhibition of the contractions .Yet the informed consent of patients before medication is necessary for the off-label drug use;and the pharmaceutical care during medication process is essential .%目的：探讨临床药师参与使用间苯三酚治疗晚期先兆流产患者的药学实践。方法：针对1例晚期先兆流产患者应用间苯三酚保胎治疗的案例，临床药师参与该患者的治疗过程，提供药学监护，对间苯三酚是否可用于治疗晚期先兆流产进行分析和探讨。结果：临床药师积极协助医患沟通，促进治疗安全、有序地开展，在临床药物治疗工作中发挥了一定作用。结论：间苯三酚可用于先兆流产抑制宫缩，但属超药品说明书适应证用药，除用药前应让患者知情同意外，还应加强用药过程中的药学监护。
