香砂养胃丸联合三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的疗效观察

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiangshayangwei pills combined with triple therapy in treatment of peptic ulcer .METHODS: 140 patients with peptic ulcer admitted into the Seventh People's Hospital of Shenyang from Mar .2012 to Feb.2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table, with 70 cases in each.Two groups were treated with triple therapy , the observation group additionally received Xiangshayangwei pills based on the triple therapy;the efficacy and adverse drug reactions were compared between two group of patients .RESULTS: The total effective rate and eradication rate of Hp in observation group were 98.57%(69/70)and 94.29%(66/70)%, significantly higher than that in control group 75.71%(53/70)and 74.29%(52/70), with statistically significant difference (P 0.05).The recurrence rate for 6 months in observation group was 1.43%(1/70), in control group was 12.86%(9/70), with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Xiangshayangwei pills combined with triple therapy in treatment of peptic ulcer can promote the relief of symptoms and has remarkable curative effects with low recurrence rate , which is worthy of clinical promotion .%目的：探讨香砂养胃丸联合三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法：选取沈阳市第七人民医院2012年3月—2015年2月收治的140例消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各70例。2组患者均给予三联疗法治疗，观察组患者在此基础上联合香砂养胃丸治疗，比较2组的疗效与不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组患者的总有效率及Hp根除率分别为98.57％（69／70）、94.29％（66／70），均明显高于对照组的75.71％（53／70）、74.29％（52／70），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者腹痛、腹胀、反酸、嗳气缓解时间为（4.23±0.62）、（6.27±1.05）、（3.08±0.44）、（3.41±0.54）d，均明显短于对照组的（5.67±0.85）、（7.93±1.22）、（3.52±0.29）、（4.52±0.57） d，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组患者不良反应率比较，差异无统计学差异（P＞0.05）；观察组患者6个月复发率为1.43％（1／70），对照组为12.86％（9／70），2组的差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论：香砂养胃丸联合三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡可促进症状缓解，疗效显著且复发少，值得临床推广。
