北京市密云区妇幼保健院门诊处方点评及不合理用药分析

摘要

目的：了解北京市密云区妇幼保健院（以下简称“我院”）门、急诊处方合理用药情况，促进临床合理用药。方法：运用横断面抽样方法，抽取我院2014年7月—2015年4月每月门、急诊处方至少300张，共计3159张，根据《医院处方点评管理规范》《北京市处方点评指南》进行点评、分析。结果：3159张处方中，不合理处方有212张，合理用药率达94.58％。结论：定期进行处方点评，分析临床用药中存在的问题，对发现的问题进行合理干预是提高临床合理用药水平的有效手段之一。%OBJECTIVE:To investigate the rational drug use status in the outpatient & emergency department of Beijing Miyun District Maternal and Child Health Hospital ( hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”) , so as to promote the rational drug use in clinic .METHODS: Cross sectional sampling method was adopted , outpatient & enmergency prescriptions were collected with 300 each month from Jul.2014 to Apr.2015 in our hospital, totally 3 159 prescriptions , which were reviewed and analyzed according to Hospital Prescription Review Management Specification& Beijing Prescription Review Guide .RESULTS:Of the 3 159 prescriptions , 212 were irrational , and the rational rate was 94.58%.CONCLUSIONS:Regular review on prescriptions , analysis on the problems in clinical drugs use and timely intervention is one of the effective methods to improve the level of clinical rational drug use .
