腹腔镜卵巢剥脱术联合孕三烯酮治疗卵巢囊肿的疗效及对卵泡刺激素、促黄体生成素和雌二醇水平的影响

     

摘要

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy of laparoscopic ovarian resection combined with gestrinone in treatment of ovarian cysts and its effects on follicle stimulating hormone ( FSH ) , luteinizing hormone ( LH ) and estradiol ( E2 ) .METHODS:72 patients with ovarian cysts admitted into Wuhan Jiangxia District the First People 's Hospital from Jan.2016 to Jan.2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random dual-colored ball method , with 36 cases in each .The control group was treated with gestrinone , while the observation group was given laparoscopic ovarian resection combined with gestrinone .Clinical efficacy , levels of FSH, LH, E2 and incidences of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed .RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group (94.44%, 34/36) was significantly higher than that of the control group (69.44%, 25/36), with statistically significance difference (P<0.05);after treatment, levels of FSH, LH and E2 of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group , with statistically significance differences ( P<0.05 );the incidences of adverse drug reactions of observation group and control group were respectively 5.56% ( 2/36 ) and 8.33%( 3/36 ) , the difference had no statistical significance ( P>0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of laparoscopic ovarian resection combined with gestrinone in treatment of ovarian cysts is remarkable , which can improve patients ' ovarian function .%目的:探讨腹腔镜卵巢剥脱术联合孕三烯酮治疗卵巢囊肿的疗效及对卵泡刺激素、促黄体生成素和雌二醇水平的影响.方法:选取2016年1月—2017年1月武汉市江夏区第一人民医院收治的卵巢囊肿患者72例作为研究对象,以随机双色球法分为观察组和对照组,每组36例.对照组患者给予孕三烯酮,观察组患者给予腹腔镜卵巢剥脱术联合孕三烯酮.观察两组患者的临床疗效,卵泡刺激素、促黄体生成素及雌二醇水平和不良反应发生情况.结果:观察组患者的总有效率为94.44%(34/36),明显高于对照组的69.44%(25/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者卵泡刺激素、促黄体生成素及雌二醇水平明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组、对照组患者不良反应发生率分别为5.56%(2/36)、8.33%(3/36),两组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:腹腔镜卵巢剥脱术联合孕三烯酮治疗卵巢囊肿的疗效显著,可改善患者的卵巢功能.
