祛风安脑口服液的制备工艺研究

             

摘要

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the best preparation technology of Qufeng Annao oral liquid .METHODS:L9 (34 ) orthogonal experiment was adopted and the content of ferulic acid was set as the quality control index to inspect the effects of decocting time , decocting frequency , water addition and alcohol precipitation volume fraction on the preparation technology , so as to optimize and verify the preparation of Qufeng Annao oral liquid .RESULTS:The best preparation of Qufeng Annao oral liquid was twice decoction of 2 h for each time , with 10 times of water addition and 80%of alcohol precipitation volume fraction .CONCLUSIONS:This best preparation technology is reasonable , with a comparatively high content of ferulic acid , which is suitable for the preparation of Qufeng Annao oral liquid .%目的:探讨祛风安脑口服液的最佳制备工艺.方法:采用L9(34)正交试验,以阿魏酸含量为质量控制指标,考察煎煮时间、煎煮次数、加水量和醇沉体积分数对制备工艺的影响,优化祛风安脑口服液的制备工艺并进行验证.结果:祛风安脑口服液的最佳制备工艺为加10倍量的水,煎煮2次,每次2 h,醇沉体积分数为80%.结论:最佳制备工艺方案较为合理,阿魏酸的含量较高,可用于祛风安脑口服液的制备.
