临床药师参与内分泌科药物治疗的药学实践

摘要

目的:了解南平市第二医院(以下简称"我院")内分泌科临床常见用药问题,探讨临床药师在促进合理用药中的作用.方法:临床药师针对内分泌科工作中实际案例,从优化治疗方案、关注特殊人群用药、避免药物相互作用、药品不良反应监测和处理等方面实施药学监护.结果:临床药师通过参与临床治疗,协助临床医师制订和优化了治疗方案,解决了实际用药问题,提高了合理用药水平.结论:临床药师参与临床实践能提高临床治疗效果,促进临床合理用药.%OBJECTIVE:To investigate the common drug problems in department of endocrinology from Nanping Municipal the Second Hospital ( hereinafter referred to as "our hospital") , so as to probe into the role of clinical pharmacists in promoting rational drug application. METHODS: Combined with actual cases in department of endocrinology, the clinical pharmacists provided pharmaceutical care from the aspect of optimization of treatment regimen, attention of special crowd medication, avoiding of drug interactions, monitoring and control of adverse drug reactions, etc. RESULTS: Through participating in clinical treatment, assisting the clinicians to formulate and optimize the treatment regimen, the clinical pharmacists solved the actual medication problems and improved the level of rational drug application in clinic. CONCLUSIONS:Participation of clinical pharmacists in pharmaceutical practice can improve the clinical treatment effects, and promote the rational drug application in clinic.
