注射用美罗培南治疗中枢神经系统感染的疗效及对血清降钙素原、C反应蛋白水平的影响

摘要

目的:探讨注射用美罗培南治疗中枢神经系统感染的疗效及对患者血清降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响.方法:选择中枢神经系统感染患者120例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例.对照组患者给予注射用头孢他啶,观察组患者给予注射用美罗培南,比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后血清PCT、CRP水平变化情况.结果:观察组患者的总有效率为93.3％(56/60),明显高于对照组的61.7％(37/60),差异有统计学意义(P0.05).结论:血清PCT、CRP水平可作为ICNS患者病情严重程度的评价指标,注射用美罗培南治疗中枢神经系统感染的疗效较好,可明显改善患者PCT、CRP水平,且安全性较高.%OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy of meropenem for injection in treatment of infection of central nervous system ( ICNS ) and its effect on levels of serum procalcitonin ( PCT ) and C-reactive protein ( CRP ) . METHODS:120 patients with ICNS were selected as research objects and divided into observation group and control group via random number table, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ceftazidime for injection, while the observation group was given meropenem for injection;the clinical efficacy and levels of serum PCT and CRP before and after treatment were compared between two groups. RESULTS:The total effective rate of observation group was 93. 3％ ( 56/60 ) , which was significantly higher than that of the control group ( 61. 7％, 37/60 ) , with statistically significant difference (P 0. 05 ). CONCLUSIONS:Levels of serum PCT and CRP can be set as the evaluation indices of the severity of ICNS patients, the efficacy of meropenem for injection in treatment of ICNS is remarkable, which can significantly improve the levels of serum PCT and CRP, with higher safety.
