目的:探讨活血祛风通络汤联合针灸治疗神经性头痛的临床疗效.方法:选取2014年2月—2016年7月郑州人民医院收治的160例神经性头痛患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各80例.对照组患者采用针灸治疗,观察组患者采用活血祛风通络汤联合针灸治疗.对比观察2组患者的各项指标和临床疗效.结果:治疗后,2组患者头痛单次发作持续时间、每月发作次数、头痛严重程度、头痛发作时间等均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组患者各项指标均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率为93.75%(75/80),明显高于对照组的75.00%(60/80),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者均未发生明显不良反应.结论:活血祛风通络汤联合针灸治疗神经性头痛,疗效显著,安全性高.%OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of Huoxuequfengtongluo decoction combined with acupuncture therapy in treatment of nerve headache .METHODS:160 patients with nerve headache admitted into Zhengzhou People's Hospital from Feb.2014 to Jul.2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 80 cases in each.The control group were given acupuncture therapy , while the observation group were treated with Huoxuequfengtongluo decoction combined with acupuncture therapy .Various indicators and clinical efficacy of two groups were compared and observed .RESULTS:After treatment , the single seizure duration , monthly seizure frequency , severity of headache , number of days with headache in two groups were improved compared with before treatment , and the indicators in observation group were significantly better than those of control group , with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 93.75%(75/80), significantly higher than that of control group [75.00%(60/80)], with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse drug reactions in two groups .CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of Huoxuequfengtongluo decoction combined with acupuncture therapy in treatment of nerve headache is significant with high safety .
