68例调节水、电解质、酸碱平衡药及营养药致不良反应报告

摘要

目的：探讨调节水、电解质、酸碱平衡及营养药发生不良反应的相关因素，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：采用回顾性调查方法，对2010年1月—2015年12月遂宁市中心医院上报国家药品不良反应监测中心的68例调节水、电解质、酸碱平衡及营养药致不良反应报告进行统计分析。结果：68例发生不良反应的患者中，男性35例、女性33例，年龄4 d～86岁；引发不良反应的给药途径以静脉给药为主；维生素类和氨基酸类药物致不良反应病例数所占比例较高，分别为27.94％（19例）、26.47％（18例）；不良反应的临床表现主要为胃肠道反应，其次为皮肤及其附件损害、全身反应、呼吸系统反应、神经系统反应等；不良反应多发生于用药1d后和用药过程中。结论：调节水、电解质、酸碱平衡及营养药致不良反应与个体体质、给药途径等有关，联合用药可能加重不良反应，应加强用药监护，以减少不良反应的发生。%OBJECTIVE:To probe into the related factors of adverse drug reactions ( ADR) induced by water and electrolyte acid-base balance regulating drugs and nutritional , so as to provide reference for the rational drug use in clinic.METHODS: By retrospective investugation method , statistical analysis was conducted on 68 cases of ADR induced by water and electrolyte acid-base balance regulating drugs and nutritional reported to National Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Center by Suining Central Hospital from Jan .2010 to Dec.2015.RESULTSLS:Of the 68 cases, males were 35 cases, females were 33 cases, aged from 4 d to 86 years old.The main route of administration induced ADR were mainly intravenous administration .The ratio of number of ADR cases induced by vitamins and amino acids took the lead, respectively 27.94%(19 cases) and 26.47%(18 cases).The clinical symptoms of ADR were mainly gastrointestinal reactions , followed by skin and its accessories damage , general reaction , respiratory system reaction and nervous system reaction .ADR mostly occurred after administration of 1 d and during the process of administration . CONCLUSIONS:ADR induced by water and electrolyte acid-base balance regulating drugs and nutritional is associated with patients'individual physical and route of administration , drug combination may increase ADR;it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring on administration so as to the incidence of ADR .
