多指标正交设计优选健脾消积口服液提取工艺

摘要

目的：优选健脾消积口服液的提取工艺。方法：采用正交试验方法，以挥发油含量为指标，优选陈皮挥发油的最佳提取工艺；以加水量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素，以橙皮苷转移率、干膏得率为评价指标优选最佳水提工艺。结果：挥发油的最佳提取工艺为8倍量水浸泡10 min，提取7.0 h；最优水提取工艺为8倍水提取3次，1次1.5 h。结论：该工艺实用、可靠，稳定性好，可用于健脾消积口服液的制剂。%OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction technology of Jianpixiaoji orals .METHODS: Orthogonal test was adopted , the content of volatile oil was used as the indicator , the opitical extraction technological conditions of volatile oil were optimized.To set the amount of water, extraction time, extraction times as factors, and hesperidin transfer rate and dry extract yield as evaluation indicators , the optimum water extraction process was optimized . RESULTS:The opitical extraction technological conditions of volatile oil were 8-fold water with soaking for 10 min and extracting for 7 h.The optimum water extraction process was 8-fold water with extracting for 3 times, each time for 1.5 h.CONCLUSIONS:The extraction technology is practical and reliable with good stability , and can be used for preparation process of Jianpixiaoji orals .
