According to the excited failures of a military aircraft airborne reinforced Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) in the random vibration test, the failure sport was located and the failure mechanism was analyzed. The corresponding correction measure was applied according to the analysis result, which substituted silicon rubber shock absorber for isoprene rubber shock absorber. Verification test was carried out and the result showed that the vibration environmental worthiness of the LCD was improved.%针对某型机载军用加固液晶显示器在随机振动试验条件下出现的故障,进行了故障定位和失效机理分析.根据分析结果对故障采取了相应的纠正措施(用硅橡胶减振器代替失效的异戊橡胶减振器),通过试验验证,证明该措施显著提高了该显示器的振动环境适应性.
