基于OPC通讯的真空回火炉控制系统

摘要

T he O PC technology is used to establish a vacuum tem pering furnace com m unication system in the paper,so the control system problem s caused by the incom patibility of com m unication protocol and lack of device drivers are solved,and give som e advice for the developm ent of vacuum equipm ent.%利用O PC 技术建立了真空回火炉的通讯系统，解决了由于通讯协议的不兼容和设备驱动的缺失给控制系统带来的问题，并为真空设备的发展提出了一些建议。
