随着机动车保有量的激增,机动车尾气污染成为影响城市环境空气质量的重要因素之一.在此重点介绍了南京市机动车污染防治的主要工作,从组织机构的建立到监管手段的多样化,从实施简易工况法到开展地方立法,从对新车准入的监管到对在用车检测的监控,从环保标志的发放到区域限行的推行,从提高机动车排放标准到老旧车辆的淘汰.构建了具有鲜明特色的机动车污染防控体系,并取得了较好的成效.%With the continuous increase of the population of Nanjing vehicles, the pollution becomes the most important factor which impacts on the quality of the urban air. In this paper, the major work of vehicle pollution control of Nanjing is elaborated, including the foundation of the organization, the diversity of the supervision method, the implementation of the method of ASM and the local legislation, the access supervision the new vehicles, the regulatory of the testing process, the release of the vehicle environmental labels, the implementation of the restriction district, the heightening of the new standard, and the elimination of the old vehicles. The vehicle pollution prevention and control system with distinctive characteristics is built, and achieves many satisfied results.
