能源城市碳情景与低碳发展途径探讨

摘要

淮南属国家6大煤电基地之一,2020年燃煤发电机组总装机容量将达到20 000 MW；采用组合GM模型,探讨在不同约束条件下能源城市中长期碳排放情景,以及实现低碳情景的节能减排技术与发展低碳经济途径.%Huainan is one of the 6 largest national coal bases. In 2020 installed capacity of coal-fired generating unit will reach 20 000 megawatts. This paper uses combined CM model to discuss long-term carbon emission scenarios in energy city under different constraint conditions, to realize the energy-saving emission reduction technology of low carbon scenario and to developing the ways of low carbon economy.
