纺织印染废水深度脱氮的中试研究

         

摘要

目前许多纺织印染企业对废水中TN的去除,不能完全满足GB 4287—2012《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》对纺织印染行业废水排放的要求.通过反硝化滤塔对X公司最终出水进行进一步处理,来研究其对废水中TN的去除效果.研究发现,在进水pH值为7~8,进水量为6 m3/h,ρ(COD)/ρ(TN)=4~5,反冲洗频次为12 h一次,反硝化滤塔对X公司最终排放废水中的TN能进一步去除41.25%,确保最终排水中的TN完全满足GB 4287—2012的排放要求.在上述运行条件下,系统对废水处理的运行成本为0.23元/m3.%At present,total nitrogen concentration of many textile industrial discharge is not in compliance with 《The textile dyeing and finishing industrial water pollution discharge standard 》(GB 4287—2012). In this paper, the discharged wastewater of X company was further treated by denitrification filter to study the removal efficiency of total nitrogen in wastewater. The total nitrogen removal rate was 41.25%in average during the study with influent parameters of pH=7~8, Q=6m3/h,ρ(COD)/ρ(TN)=4~5, and backwash frequency was 12 h per time . The effluent after the denitrification system could meet the requirements of GB 4287—2012.In the above operating conditions, the operating cost for denitrification is 0.23 RMB/m3.
