区域环境风险分区研究——以泰州市为例

摘要

Based on the theory of environmental risk system,the indicator system of regional environmental risk assessment is constructed from both the risk of environmental risk source and the vulnerability of environmental risk receptor, and the quantitative model of environmental risk is put forward.Taking the Taizhou City of Jiangsu Province as an example,the area is divided into high risk area,higher risk area,lower risk area and low risk area.Among them,the higher risk area is 72.49 km2, accounting for 1.25% of the total area,and the high risk area is 260.37 km2,accounting for 4.50% of the total area,and the low risk area is 1 337.34 km2,accounting for 23.11% of the total area,and the lower risk area is 4 116.81 km2,accounting for 71.14% of the total area.This paper puts forward some suggestions on regional environmental risk management and spatial layout for zoning results.%基于风险系统理论,从环境风险源危险性和环境风险受体易损性2方面构建区域环境风险评价的指标体系,提出环境风险量化模型.以江苏省泰州市为例,将区域划分为高风险尧较高风险尧较低风险和低风险4级分区,其中,高风险区72.49 km2,约占区域总面积的1.25%曰较高风险区260.37 km2,约占区域总面积的4.50%曰较低风险区1337.34 km2,约占区域面积的23.11%曰低风险区面积为4116.81 km2,约占总面积的71.14%.针对分区结果对区域环境风险管理及空间布局提出优化建议.
