Based on the shortcomings of the environment impact assessment of the nonferrous metal mines restoration and exploitation project, some key issues have been raised in this article. They are mainly related to the indus- trial policy, compatibility with the planning, historical issues of the mines and public participation.%根据有色金属矿山恢复开采项目环境影响评价工作中的不足，提出应关注的几个重要问题，主要涉及产业政策及规划相符性、矿山历史遗留问题、公众参与等。
