基于过程分析法的碳排放计量的分析——以华德精工制造公司为例

             

摘要

Based on the process analysis, the calculation of the carbon emissions of the main production factors and the different technical processes in Huade Seiko Manufacturing Company has been conducted in this article. It shows that among the production factors, the largest amount of CO2 comes from the power consumption during the operation; and the refitting process accounts for 94. 242% of the total carbon emission of all the processes. This study has quantified the green house gas emission of each process. It has laid a basis not only for emission reduction of the company, but also for carbon emission measurement of the similar industries.%以过程分析法为基础,对华德精工制造股份有限公司的主要生产要素及各个工艺过程进行了碳排放量计量。结果表明:在生产要素中,机器设备运作过程中电力耗能折算的CO2排放量最大,整修环节是各个工艺环节中碳排放比例最大的,为94.242%。本次计量量化了各环节温室气体的排放,对企业降低碳排放提供了一定的依据,并为同类行业进行碳计量提供了一定的参考。
