常压下用于C O2吸附与分离的金属有机骨架材料及其制备方法

         

摘要

介绍了一种用于CO2吸附与分离的金属有机骨架材料及其制备方法,所述的金属有机骨架材料是由过渡金属离子与多齿有机配体通过共价键或分子间作用力构成的刚性的金属羧基化合物簇状结构,在金属有机骨架材料上修饰有胺类聚合物,所述的用于CO2吸附与分离的金属有机骨架材料的比表面积1048m2/mg,孔容0.346cm3/g。该材料可以实现低压条件下气体的选择性吸附。在1大气压下,可以实现2.6%wt的吸附效果。%Being a new type of cellular material,metal-organic frameworks has been developed rapidly in the field of synthesis and performance research in recent years.MOFs possess good application value in gas absorption,stor-age and industrial waste separation,etc.However,present MOFs CO2 absorbent can only achieve good absorption effect under high pressure with unsatisfactory selectivity.Therefore,it will be significant to design a new type of ab-sorbent with high absorbing capacity and excellent selectivity under low pressure.In this paper,a type of metal-organic frameworks used for CO2 absorption and separation and its preparation method is introduced.The mentioned MOFs is of a rigid metal carbonyl compound cluster structure composed of transition metal ions and multidentate or-ganic ligand via covalent bond or intermolecular force and is finished with ammonia polymer.Specific surface area and pore volume of this new MOFs are 1048m2/mg and 0.346cm3/g respectively.It can realize selective absorption of gas under low pressure with the absorption effect of 2.6%wt under 1 atm.
