印染工业园区污水处理厂升级改造技术探讨

     

摘要

目前国内部分工业园区污水处理厂及混有大量工业污水的市政污水处理厂存在排水水质的COD、氨氮或TN 超标现象,这些污水处理厂急需升级改造。针对浙江某印染工业园区污水处理厂,在分析污水处理厂现状及排水特性的基础上,对不同问题提出相应的解决方案。本方案将原工艺生化段A/O工艺改造为分段进水多级 A/O 工艺和流化床生物膜工艺,以改善排水 TN 和氨氮指标;深度处理增加臭氧催化氧化工艺,以降低排水COD指标。以实际运行数据分析了升级后的工艺路线的技术特点。%Currently,a large number of industrial park sewage treatment plants and domestic sewage treatment plants have been facing similar problems because the water was mixed with vast amount of industrial wastewater. The COD,NH4 -N and TN of the plants effluent couldnot meet the GB18918 -2002 discharge standard.These sewage treatment plants needed to be upgraded.Based on the analysis of current situation and drainage characteris-tics of these sewage treatment plants,special solutions for these problems were proposed in this paper.Step-feed multistage A/O process was adopted in order to remove TN.The technology of moving bed biofilm was applied to increase NH4 -N removal.The catalytic ozonation process was added to reduce COD.Meanwhile,the technical characteristics of each upgrade route were analyzed according to the actual operation data.
