“十一五”期间中国环境质量变化特点及压力分析

摘要

“十一五”期间，在经济快速增长的同时，中国环境质量保持了平稳向好的趋势，主要环境质量指标都有不同程度的改善。在分析2005年以来环境质量变化趋势的基础上，总结了空气和水环境质量变化特点，分析了环境质量变化中所面临的压力，并就“十二五”环境质量的持续改善提出了对策与建议。%During the eleventh five -year plan, the environmental quality ameliorated and some main environmental quality indexes improved while rapid economic development was maintained. Based on the environmental quality change tendencies since 2005, this paper summarizes the characteristics of air and water environment changes, analyzes the pressures faced in environmen- tal quality change. In the end, a few countermeasures and suggestions for environmental quality improvement during the ＂Twelve Five -year Plan＂ are proposed.
