全二维气相色谱在环境分析中的应用

     

摘要

全二维气相色谱(GC×GC)作为一种新型色谱技术,与传统的一维色谱相比,具有峰容量大、分辨率高、灵敏度高、定性可靠性高等明显优势,越来越广泛地被应用到石油化工、烟草、食品、环境等领域中进行复杂样品的分析。简要介绍了GC×GC的工作原理,着重对其近十年以来在环境分析中的应用进行了综述,主要涉及环境样品中有机氯农药、多氯联苯、多环芳烃、二噁英等污染物的分析与检测。%As a new technology, comprehensive two -dimensional gas chromatography( GC×GC)has many obvious advanta- ges in comparison with conventional gas chromatography, such as large peak capacity, high resolution, good sensitivity and high qualitative reliability. GC×GC will be more widely applied in the analysis of complex samples from petrochemical, tobacco, food and environmental industry. In this paper, the principle of GC×GC was introduced briefly. At the same time, this paper primari- ly focused on the applications of GC× GC in environment in the last decade and it mainly involves the applications in detection of organochlorine pesticides, polychlorinated biphenyls, polyaromatic hydrocarbon, dioxin and so on.
